How do I customize the Freshdesk ticket form?

Go to [https://freshdesk.com/](https://freshdesk.com/)
Click on the “Admin” tab at the top of the page.
Click on the “Helpdesk Productivity” tab on the left side of the page.
Click on the “Ticket Forms” tab.
Click on the “Edit” button next to the ticket form you want to customize.
Click on the “Fields” tab.
Click on the “Add Field” button.
Select the type of field you want to add from the drop-down menu.
Enter the field label and other details.
Click on the “Save” button.
