On the Trainer dashboard, click the number in the 'Training to Fulfil' box.

Click the eye icon opposite the training course name.

Within the course, click the 'Fulfilment' tab.

Click the 'Training Result' dropdown for each attendee.

You can choose 'Passed' or 'Failed.' Clicking Failed will present another dropdown list where you can choose a reason the attendee failed the course.

If all attendees have passed the course, you can choose the 'Mark all Passed' option.

Click 'Create Certificates' to generate certificates for each attendee. Please note that certificates cannot be generated for any attendees that are marked as Failed.

Click 'Next' to confirm that the Results in the previous screen are correct. Results cannot be changed after you complete this steps.

Ensure the Issue Date & Expiry Date for the course is correct.

Click the Template dropdown to choose a certificate template you have available on Skillko. You also have the option of uploading a certificate file from your PC.

Click 'Save' once you have updated the Issue, Expiry Dates & the certificate file.

As a final step, click 'Mark Course Complete'.

Click 'Dashboard' to return to your Trainer dashboard.

The number in the 'Training to Fulfil' box will now be reduced. You can follow the steps above to continue fulfilling training courses.
