How do I import and export data into Salesforce?

Go to "Setup" in the top right corner of the Salesforce page.
In the left sidebar, click on "Data Management" and then "Data Import Wizard".
Click on the "Launch Wizard" button.

Select the type of data you want to import and click "Next".
Follow the instructions to upload your data file.
Map the fields in your data file to the fields in Salesforce.
Click the "Next" button.

Select the "Run Now" option and click "Next".
Review the import summary and click "Start Import".
To export data, go to "Setup" in the top right corner of the Salesforce page.
In the left sidebar, click on "Data Management" and then "Export".
Select the type of data you want to export and click "Next".
Follow the instructions to export your data.
