      Navigate to [https://donations.idonate.com/dashboard](https://donations.idonate.com/dashboard)
      Click "People"
      Click "Donors"
      Click the "Search..." field.
Enter the email address for the donor you or the org think may have transactions that do not belong on their record. Press the magnifying glass icon to search.
Click here to open the donor's record.
Open the transaction in question. This may be a transaction that you or the organization suspects does not belong on this donor's record.
Scroll down to "Donation Data." This is the data our platform captures at the time of donation.
As you can see, the first_name field matches the donor's record.
As you can see, the last_name field also matches the donor's record.
Make note of the donor's address.
Although this donor is "Nancy Haynes," it looks like another donor's email address was used to make her donation.
Open a new tab and navigate to [https://donations.idonate.com/dashboard](https://donations.idonate.com/dashboard)
      Click "People"
      Click "Donors" from the dropdown.
      Click the "Search..." field.
Enter the other donor's email to locate their record (if one exists)
Click here to open the donor's record.
As you can see, there is already an existing record for Jessica Mena. There might be transactions in Jessica's record that belong to Nancy Haynes.
Open a transaction from Jessica's record.
