How do I manage requests from patients

Sign in to your Medicai account and go to "Patient requests"

Click on your patient request

Accept the request

Click "Please select the doctors from your clinic that will collaborate and have access on the patient case." if you already want to consult with a colleague or the entire multidisciplinary team

Or just click accept, if it's only you on this case

Click "View case"

You can add other doctors after accepting the request, and then chat with them directly (private or public)

Or "Start a private chat" with your patient

The patient will be notified each time he receives a message and will be able to reply directly here without access to your phone number or email address.

Now you have in the same place the medical documents you need, but also the correspondence with your patients
