    Go to the ADP website (https://www.adp.com/).

    Click the “Login” button in the top right corner.

    Enter your username and password and click the “Log In” button.

    Click the “Myself” tab at the top of the page.

    Click the “Career” tab on the left side of the page.

    Click the “Career Development Plan” button.

    Follow the instructions to complete the request.
