Navigate to [https://portal.geoh.app/dashboard](https://portal.geoh.app/dashboard/work-list?category=visit_check_in_missed)

Click the "Arrow" button on the right hand side of the GEOH window.

Locate the staff member you wish to message (e.g. "Account, Demonstration E")

Enter the desired message into this field.

The latest message feed will be located at the top of the "Messages" page.
