    Go to [https://freshdesk.com/](https://freshdesk.com/) and click the “Get Started” button.
    On the “Create SLA Policy” page, enter a name for the policy in the “Name” field.
    Select the “Response Time” option and enter the desired response time in the “Response Time” field.
    Select the “Resolution Time” option and enter the desired resolution time in the “Resolution Time” field.
    Click the “Save” button.
