    Go to [https://freshdesk.com/](https://freshdesk.com/) and click the “Sign Up” button.
    Enter your email address and click the “Get Started” button.
    Enter your company name and click the “Create My Account” button.
    On the left-hand side of the page, click the “Settings” tab.
    Click the “Ticket Fields” tab.
    Click the “Add Field” button.
    Enter “Routing” in the “Field Label” field.
    Select “Dropdown” from the “Field Type” dropdown menu.
    Enter the routing options in the “Dropdown Options” field.
    Click the “Save” button.
