Click the "AccountRight" tab at the top of the page.

Click the "Cards" tab on the left side of the page.

Click the "New" button at the top of the page.

Select the type of card you want to create from the drop-down menu.

Enter the card details in the fields provided.

Click the "Save" button at the bottom of the page.
