Go to [https://zendesk.com](https://zendesk.com)

Click the "Automations" tab in the left-hand navigation bar.

Click the "Create Automation" button.

Select the type of automation you would like to create from the drop-down menu.

Enter the conditions for the automation in the "If" field.
