How do I set up form tracking in Adobe Analytics?

Go to [https://www.adobe.com/](https://www.adobe.com/) and log in to your Adobe Analytics account.
Click the “Admin” tab in the top navigation bar.
Click “Implementation” in the left navigation bar.
Click “Form Analysis” in the left navigation bar.
Click the “Add Form Analysis” button.
Enter the URL of the form you want to track in the “Form URL” field.
Select the “Form Type” from the dropdown menu.
Enter the “Form Name” in the field.
Click the “Add Form Field” button to add each field you want to track.
Click the “Save” button.
