How do I submit a complaint?

We apologize for any inconvenience caused if our products have not met your expectations. We've made the product complaint process straightforward and convenient for you. Upon receipt of your complaint, we will raise a credit note for you, no questions asked!
Click "New complaint"
Click the "Product search:" field. Enter the model name or number. Here’s how If you are unsure about the Name or Model number look for the label inside our products where you’ll find the model name or number.
Tip! We always recommend entering a model number, as entering a model name can result in multiple search results.
Click "Search"

Fill in the drop-down fields: **Color:** Select the color of the product from the drop-down menu. **Size:** Choose the size of the product from the available options in the drop-down menu. **Product Age:** Indicate the age of the product by selecting the appropriate option from the drop-down menu. **Complaint Type:** Specify the nature of your complaint by choosing the relevant type from the drop-down menu. Providing Additional Information (if required): There might be fields to provide more details regarding your complaint, ensure to fill those in to help us understand the issue better.
Click this dropdown.
To submit click "Create Complaint".
**Note:** Once your complaints have been created, you can find them in the "Posted Documents" tab, once they have been processed you´ll find them in the "Posted Documents" tab.
