      What's the company budget?

      The company budget, or your "jar of money", is the budget you deposit. \ \ This budget funds your users' purchases in the Olympus app.\ \ Each purchase is processed in real time on that company budget.\ \ A clear invoice is issued monthly, with VAT recovery. That monthly invoice is already paid. It is also stated on the invoice.\ \ When the company budget falls below your account threshold, you are automatically notified.\ \ You set that threshold yourself, as shown in the steps below.

      Click "Finance"

      Updating your company budget?\ \ Make a transfer to the account number at the bottom of the page: BE26 7350 4674 8429.\ \ Be sure to include the payment reference so that your company budget is automatically updated.

      Your account threshold

      Set a threshold. When your company budget drops below this threshold, the assigned person will receive an email asking them to update the budget.
