Download the Microsoft Teams desktop app from [https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/microsoft-teams/log-in](https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/microsoft-teams/log-in)

Open the downloaded file and click the “Install” button.

Once the installation is complete, open the app and click the “Sign In” button.

Enter your Microsoft account credentials and click the “Sign In” button.

Once you are signed in, click the “Chat” tab to start a conversation.

To join a team, click the “Teams” tab and select the team you want to join.
