Go to [https://www.paylocity.com/](https://www.paylocity.com/)

Enter your username and password in the appropriate fields and click the "Log In" button.

Click the "Pay" tab at the top of the page.

Click the "W-2/W-2c" tab on the left side of the page.

Click the "View/Print W-2/W-2c" button.

Select the appropriate year from the drop-down menu and click the "View/Print W-2/W-2c" button.

Your W-2 form will appear.
