How to Access Manager Dashboard and View Team Assignments

Click "CSU Learn Login"

Click "MY TEAM"

Click "Manager Dashboard"

You will see a snapshot of your current **Exception Report** that displays the overall statuses of your managed users' assigned trainings. A list of your managed users will be displayed on the bottom section that you can filter through with the drop-downs. Click this dropdown to see your **Direct Reports** only or **All Viewable Users** depending on your administrative permissions.

Click the "User Search..." field and type a name to narrow your search.

You will be able to see an information card for each user displaying their progress with assigned training.

Click on the "Incomplete" button to view the **Detailed Exception Report by User** for more information.

Click "Show all assignments (4)"

A list of all activities assigned to this user will be shown. You can see the **Assignment Type** (Required or Recommended), their **Status** with the training, **Expiration Date**, and more.
