    Access the sessions you would like to join

    Open the Professional Development Day 2023 page in Whova <https://whova.com/portal/webapp/profe1_202309/sign_in>

    Sign in with your Whova account information

    Click "Agenda"

    Make sure to select the correct day.

    Click on the session you would like to join.

    Click "Join the stream"

    Sign into your Tulane Zoom account via Single Sign On (SSO)

    Input "tulane" as the company domain and click continue. Follow the login prompts.

    After logging into zoom, you will be taken straight to the PDD23 Event.

    You will need to click on "sessions" to be able to find the session you are looking to join. You can do this by clicking a few different places: Click "Sessions"\ Click "Explore Sessions"\ or\ Click "See All (29)"

    Scroll to find the session you want to join and click on it for more details, or click the join button on the right to join the session.

    How to filter session options to find what you're looking for quickly

    Click "Filter"

    You can filter by day

    If you know the session track, you can filter by that as well.

    Click the "Hide ended sessions" field to filter out sessions that have already ended.

    Add the sessions you plan to attend to your itinerary in Zoom for quick access

    Click the bookmark button next to the session you plan to attend
