    How to Access Salesforce Organization Information and Licenses

    Navigate to [https://trailhead.salesforce.com/users/profiles/orgs](https://trailhead.salesforce.com/users/profiles/orgs) and launch your org or log into Salesforce.
    Click on the Setup gear in the upper right hand corner.
    Click "Setup"
    Click the "Quick Find" bar.
    Type "Company"
    Click "Company Information"
    You can simply view the information or click the "Edit" button to edit relevant information. All this information would have originally been set up when the contract was signed.
    You can access or update information related to company name, address, primary contact, default locale, currency locale, storage used, and licenses used/available.
    Company address information.
    Locale, Language, and Time Zone settings.
    Click the "Activate Multiple Currencies" box if you would like Salesforce to allow currencies other than the default. For example, you would like to be able to record opportunities in both the US Dollar and the European Euro.
    Click on "Save" after making any updates or click "Cancel" if you do not wish to save.
    Click "User Licenses" to see you used and remaining license counts.
    Click "Permission Set Licenses" to see you used and remaining license counts.
    Click "Feature Licenses" to see you used and remaining license counts.
    Click "Usage-based Entitlements" to see you used and remaining license counts.
