    Enter username & password, then click "Log in"

    ADDING TRANSACTION TYPES TO ACCOUNT

    Click the Lock on the right side of the screen.

    Click "Transaction Types"

    Click the + sign to add them to your account.

    Add all the transaction types you would like to your account.

    ADDING SERVICE AREAS TO ACCOUNT

    Click "Access Requests"

    Click the + sign to add service areas to the account.

    Click the check mark to approve adding the user to the Service Area. This DOES NOT give them any permissions, that is the next set of steps.
