How to Access and Navigate the Training Organisations Home Page

On the home page you will see a dashboard, this gives an oversight of all activity on the platform, included last paid amount and what your upcoming payable amount (remaining disbursable amount) will be. Clicking the courses tab will take you to the courses you have listed on the platform.

Courses and course calendar tab shows what courses you have uploaded to the platform and when they are running.

When on the course calendar tab you are able to view your courses in a month, week and day view. Day view shows in an hourly breakdown.

The selling history tab shows all courses that have sold on our website. This history & data is able to be exported in a CSV format. We need to charge a GST section on our service fee (our commission) and this is demonstrated in this tab.

The disbursements tab shows all disbursements paid from Acceler8 to you.

The payments tab is any payment made to Acceler8, payments can come in the form of premium listings or paying for leads (Acceler8 will send your training organisation a invoice for booked leads only).

The lead generation tab shows all customers whom have come through as a lead only booking. Note these lead only bookings are for those training organisations whom have government grants for respective courses. For any leads resulting in a booking we will then charge the respective training organisation a cost for that lead.

The manage members tab allows a training organisation to add, remove and manage members access on the platform.
