    How to Access the Club Portal - Common Actions

    Navigate to [https://member.usafencing.org/](https://member.usafencing.org/)

    Use your log in credentials to log in. If you need assistance, please reach out to [email protected]

    At the top right of your dashboard, you will see clubs. Hover your curser over the *Clubs* and a drop down will appear. Click "Your Club"

    You are now in the club portal

    To View your roster, click on left hand navigation. From there, you will see all members who have selected your club as a primary or secondary club affiliations. To download the full roster, click the download button.

    To manage your staff. Navigate back to your club dashboard and Click "Staff"

    From here, club owners will be able to manage the staff for the club. Only the individual listed as the club owner has access to edit staff members. You will only be able to select from members who have listed your club as a Primary, Secondary or NCAA clubs. Once you are done on this page, click "Return Home"

    Back on your club dashboard, you will see the club resources. Here you will find the links for the COI request form and Bulk Membership Upload form. Simply click on the links to access the resources.

    To submit your bulk membership form, please send out the completed excel sheet to [email protected]

    If you would like to edit other items on your club, click "Edit"

    On the edit screen, you'll be able to edit the club's description, contact information, logos, etc.
