View your tickets. You will be able to see any tickets that you have submitted as well as the status of each ticket. As you can see in the screenshot below, the status column displays in the far right column.  Click on any ticket to view more details.

Form submissions that generate tickets in the portal include invoice submissions, related service referrals, evaluation referrals, and PVS service delivery request forms.  Depending on your role at your company or school, you will see one or more of these ticket pipelines.

Click "View all Tickets" in the upper left corner to return to the main page.

Approved users must be registered for the Customer Portal before logging in and viewing ticket statuses.  You will receive a registration link if you require portal access (billing contacts for third party vendors, main contacts for third party vendors).
