    How to Access the Customer Portal

    Sign into the Customer Portal with your email and password.

    Click "Sign In"

    View your tickets. You will be able to see any tickets that you have submitted using the Invoice Submission Form as well as the status of each ticket. As you can see in the screenshot below, the status column displays in the far right column. Click on any ticket to view more details.

    Click "View all Tickets" in the upper left corner to return to the main page.
