How to Identify the Pre-Commission Report (PCR) Standards and Upload the PCR Evidence

Log into your [MyCOA Portal](https://mycoa.social-current.org/s/login/?ec=302&startURL=%2Fs%2F)

Click the "Social Current" logo

Click the "Commission" Image

Click "Standards & Evidence Upload"

Click "Commission Evidence" tab

Look at the Evidence Tab to see how many pieces of evidence are required. In this example it is 4.

Click the relevant standard, in this example: "PQI - Performance and Quality Improvement"

See the related standard listed in the text field, see what **commission specific** evidence is being requested to meet the standard.

Tip! Commission Evidence is different than the self-study or site visit evidence, it is specifically tailored to your organization's needs, ensure that you read what is required carefully.

Click "Upload Files" or drag and drop files into the "Or drop files" box

When you have uploaded all documents that you plan to upload into a section, click "Mark Complete"

When you have uploaded documents into each required standard section, and the "Evidence Completed" bar reaches 100%, you will be able to click the "Submit Evidence" button that will appear. You must click Submit Evidence in order to send your evidence to Social Current for review by the COA Accreditation Commission.
