If you are Standard member, click "Standard -My Videos". If you are Premium, click 'Premium-My Videos'.
Click "Purchased Learning Videos"
Here you will see your purchased videos.
Click the title of the video you wish to download to watch.
The purchased video will now download onto your computer and you are able to watch your purchased video now.
