How to Activate an Inactive Vendor?

Navigate to Admin Portal Dashboard

Go to the "Property Management" dropdown on the left navigation

Click on "Vendors"

Click on the "View Details" under the "Action" column of the chosen vendor
Tip! In the Vendor list view, inactive vendors will appear at the bottom of the list as you can see from the sign with the arrow

There are two ways to activate an inactive vendor. One is by clicking on the red sign on "THIS VENDOR IS INACTIVE" icon

Click on "Yes, Submit" to finish up

The other option is to click on the "Other Action" dropdown on the right side of the screen

Click on "Activate"

Click on "Yes, Submit" to finish up
