    Users can only edit charges within a copied global rate schedule and/or within their own custom rates.
    Click the Green Plus Sign under "Billing Demand Configurations" within the Rate Schedule
    Name Your Billing Demand and Select the Appropriate Ratchet Configuration Type
    Naming the Billing Configuration Avoids Confusion when you Need to Reference More than One Demand Ratchet, or Demand Charge
    There are Various Percentage Based Billing Demand Configurations that are Available to Reference
    Once Billing Demand Configurations are add you can reference them by clicking the Green Plus Sign under the "Demand Charge" Section
    Select the Appropriate Charge Type
    Reference the Billing Demand Configuration using the Black Dropdown Arrow
    Add Your Demand Charge and "Save"
    To edit/Remove a Billing Demand Configuration, click into the blue text under "Billing Demand Configurations" or select the Trash Can to delete the configuration.
