Navigate to <https://outlook.office.com/mail/>
Click the gear icon to open "Settings."
Click "Compose and reply."
Click the "Edit signature name" field.
Type the name for your this version of your email signature.
Click "Signature."
Type your chosen email signature.
Click "Save."
