    Step 1: Call, leave a voicemail, or email [[email protected]](mailto:[email protected]) with the address and permit number. Ask us to change the status to "ADDITIONAL INFO REQ." so you will be able to add additional documents/plans that were not uploaded when you applied for the permit or that are requested by the plan reviewer.

    Step 2: Login with your user name and password

    Click "DASHBOARD"

    Click the paper clip to add your document/plan to the appropriate permit.

    Click on "Select."

    Step 7: Your saved file from your computer will open for you to choose the pdf file you want to upload.

    You will see your file (example: SAMPLE with a green dot). Then type in the description of your document. **YOU MUST THEN CLICK "UPLOAD."**

    Be sure your attachment is in a pdf format and the file name does not contain any special characters like $,%,@,#, etc. Click "Accept."
