How to Add Images to Forum Posts

Campinnforum

Navigate to [https://www.campinnforum.com/community/](https://www.campinnforum.com/community/)

Click "Media" - where you will find everything related to adding images to your posts.

Click "Add media"

Click "Add media to existing album…" where you will select the 'folder' your image will be stored.

Select the album you wish to add it too. "My Stuff" is where you will likely put it, unless you are colaborating or doing something most people never would do.

Click "Upload file"

Click the "Description" field, and optionally describe the file -- sadly the forum does not show thumbnails for some reason. .

Click "Save" This will store the image.

If you wish to use this image in a post, you cna copy the "BB" code --- click on the '2 pages' under the circle, and it will put this value in your clipboard.

Click "Forums" or otherwise navigate to the post you are editing.

Click "Post thread" -- or you can simply edit a message that you are editing

From the editor,

Type "image, it will attach but not dispaly to the users. [[enter]] [[enter]] YOu need to get the "BB" code from the image....then, simply base that "bb" code in... [[enter]] [[enter]]"

Wher you want the image to display, paste in the "BB" code. You can page from the way you would pating any text. I use the keyboard short cut, Press [[cmd]] + [[v]]

You will see a block of text with \[IMG\] tag. If you want to keep the image full size, just leave it like it is. Ifyo uwant to shrink the image you can change the width and height numbers...just divide them by the same number to keep the ratio the same...if you want the image to be 1/8 divide 4032 and 3024 by 8, then replace those numbers in the height width. 'px' needs to follow, this is abbreviation for "pixel"

Click "And the image will render for the reader. Pretty simple,"

When you save the message, and anothe forum member comes along -- the image will be displayed inline, instead of being an attachment.
