Sign in to CanadaHelps to access the Donor Management System.

Once you've accessed the Donor Management System, click "Administer"

Start creating a bulk email by clicking "Draft, Schedule, and Manage DMS Mails"

Fill out all the basic email details as you normally would.

Hover over your desired email template and click "SELECT" to open the template in the email builder.

Add the footer block from the "Blocks" tab.

Click "Merge Fields" in the toolbar. This toolbar appears automatically when a text box is selected.

Once you open the Merge Fields pop-up, type "domain" in the search.

Click "Domain name" to add your charity's name to the footer. Repeat the last two steps to add your charity's address, email, and phone to the footer.

After you add all four merge fields, your footer will look similar to this.

{domain.name}{domain.address}{domain.email}{domain.phone}

Add breaks to your merge fields like in the image below so your charity's contact information is easy to read and not clumped together.
