Click on the heading of the row below where you'd like to add new rows.
Determine how many rows you'd like to insert. Hold shift and click on a row that is below your first row by the same number of rows you'd like to insert. This will highlight the same number of rows as the number of rows you'd like to insert.
Right click on the header of one of the rows you've highlighted.
      Click "Insert."
