Click "Leads" or the object you want to edit.

Select a record.

Click and drag "Related List Quick Links" to the desired area on the page if it's not already there.

Click "Save"

Click "Activation..."

Set as "ORG DEFAULT" or "APP DEFAULT" depending on preference.

In this example, we're leaving this page layout as the "Direct Mail" app default.

Click "Close"

Return to "Setup."

Click "Edit Object"

Click "Page Layouts"

Click a page layout.

Click "Related Lists"

Click and drag the link you want to see on the page down to the "Related Lists" area.

To adjust the columns viewable for a link, select the associated wrench icon.
