How to Add Students to a Clever/Classlink School

After logging in as an admininstrator, click "Users"

Select Students

Click "Load School Students"

Select the student's home school for the dropdown.

Once you have selected the student's home school, select "Load Students From ClassLink"

Click the "Search by Name or Login" field and enter the first or last name of the student.

Find the student in the results table and select the plus button to add the student to the school.

If the student does not appear in the results, then you should contact the school to ensure the student is still enrolled with the district/school.
Add Student to Class

Click "Classes"

Select the add student button to add thr student to the class.

Click "Load School Students"

Click the "Search by Name or Login" field and enter the first or last name of the student.

Find the student in the results table and select the plus button to add the student to the class.

Repeat for each student. Recommend adding all students to the school first then assigning to classes to save time and steps.
