Navigate to your quiz.

Click this '+' button.

Click "Categorization"

Click "Add Question Stem..." and type the statement or question.

Click the "Category Description" field and add the first category and repeat this step for every category you want to add.

Click the "Answer Value" field and type an answer for that category.
Repeat this step for all of the answers for each category.

Click "Add answer" button to add another option

Click the "Add Category" button to add additional categories.

Click "Done"
