How to Add a Company / Create a New Trial.

Click "Add Company"

Enter the customer's name here

You will standardize on a naming convention when setting up new customers. \ \ First name = MSP Company Name (First Word) IE: MSP name = Dynamic Stax, First name = Dynamic

Last Name = Admin

You will also standardize on a naming convention here. MSP Company First Letter Initial, followed by an "a," for admin. \ \ EX: da@CustomerPrimaryDomain.com

Create PW for Company

Select the "Trial plan type" and whether or not you would like the trial to auto-activate / convert after the trial period.\ \ \*Trial Plan is set to Complete Protect and Auto-Activate is on by default.

Click "Add Company"

Once the customer is created, click the 3 dots to the right of the customer tenant and select "Edit Account Settings".

If you don't want remediation action being taken place from the onset, turn "Silent mode" on, add any additional domains affiliated with the customer's account, and click "Apply".

Complete Step 1 - Complete Integration to MSFT or GWS

Verify mailboxes have synced correctly - Select Mailboxes on the home page

1 - Click Upload / Sync. \ \ 2 - Verify there are no mailboxes failing to sync. 3 - If mailboxes are failing to sync, click Download CSV. The CSV will show you what mailboxes failed to sync and give you the reason why. Typically it's due to an additional domain affiliated with their tenant that has not been added to IRONSCALES (To add a domain - go to Home --> 3 dots to the right of the tenant --> edit account settings) or because there is a first name missing for the user on the Microsoft side of the house).
