    How to Add a Footer in PowerPoint

      To begin, open a PowerPoint Presentation.
      Click "Insert."
      Click "Header & Footer" to open a pop up window.
      Click "Footer."\ Click the Footer text field and type in the desired text for your footer.\ Click "Apply" or "Apply to All" to insert the footer on all slides of your presentation.
      Once your footer is inserted, you can further customize the size, location, and font.
