How to Add a Human Call Transfer Action

Click "Actions"
Click "Add" on the Call Transfer Action
Click "New Action"
Click "Create"
Enter a Phone number that you want the call to be transfer to.
Click "Validate"
Define when the Transfer should take place.
Click to Toggle on Background Music
Add a URL or Select from the dropdown
Define the Initial Message when the call is transfered
Click out to save.
Click here to add an Extension.
Click here to change the "Target Answered Message"
In Voice Engine 2.0, select the Voicemail Detection setting to ML or Time-based.
Click here to change the Language Code.
Click here to change the transfer target message.
Click here to change the pre-message pause length.
Click here to change the post-message pause length.
Click "Save"
Click "Assistants"
