Here you can see we have a few test users. To add a license to a user, click the "edit" icon next to the user's name.

Click on the "NMLS Id" to enter in the federal NMLS id. If your company is set to "State" you will want to ensure your LOs have their state licensing entered here.

Click "Add License" on the left hand side of the screen

Choose the state where the LO is licensed from the dropdown.

Enter the "From Date" of the license. The From Date is the date received within NMLS.

Enter the license "Expiration Date". The expiration date should be entered thorough the last day of the current year.
