Once you are in the project where the form is being created or is currently located, click "customize" in the upper right hand corner.
Select "Forms" in the Customize tool bar that pops out on the right.
Select either "Add Form" or open the form you have already created.
Select the question type you would like to add the link to.
Once you have named the question, click "Add question description".
Click into the description box and type what text you would like to add the link to.
Select text to hyperlink. In this example: "Link Needed for Question"
Click the hyperlink symbol which says "Link"
Paste the link into the box that asks for the URL. In our example, where "[https://www.google.com/](https://www.google.com/)" is located.
Once you have pasted the link, click back into the description. If the hyperlink has worked, the text will now be blue.
Click "Done"
Not all question types or answer types in forms allow you to use hyperlinks. Make sure you double check before completing a form.
