Navigate to Service Management.

Click on "Add Service".

Click on the "Name" field.

Type the name of your service, for example "Sales".

Click on the "Description" field.

Type your description.

Select "Normal" from the priority drop-down.

Click on the "Threshold" field.

Type "0020".

Toggle "Allow SMS" from "No" to "Yes".

Toggle "Allow redirect" from "No" to "Yes".

Toggle "Allow print" from "No" to "Yes".

Toggle "Add to queue" from "No" to "Yes".

Click on "Submit".
