Alert! This guide is how to add a note into the assessment question when you've previously completed the assessment. 

You can access your Safety Maturity Assessment at any point and make changes where needed. There are a few different ways to access the questions, this guide will show one way. 

When originally completing your Maturity Assessment you have the ability to add notes to every question as you go through. 

There are a few different ways you can navigate back into the maturity assessment. Here you can click on the direct question you are wanting to add a note to in the starburst. 

Click the "Description:" field and add your note in
