    How to Add a Person's Calendar to Your Calendar View (Desktop App)

    This only works with internal users.
    Click the calendar icon from the left pane in Outlook.
    Click "Add"
    Click "From Address Book..."
    Click "Global Address List" to make sure you have the latest listing of Darlington users.
    Click "Search:" and type in the first or last name of the person you wish to add.
    Double-click the person's name in the list.
    Make sure that they show up in the calendar field at the bottom.
    Click "OK" Depending on the calendar size it may take a few moments before the calendar populates under your "Shared Calendars" listing on the left side.
