How to Add a User in Trakopolis

Click "Administration"

Click "Users" > "Users"

This should drop you into your User List. This is where you can also make edits and see the last log-in of your existing Users.

To Make a New User, click the (ADD USER) button.

You will want to enter the Required First & Last Name, Email, Username, And Password (& Confirm Password). Phone number is recommended but optional.

For the Username, we typically recommend using their email address. However this username can be anything you want it to be, but it's a best practice to follow a naming cadence for all your usernames.

For Security Role we recommend the Security role options: Administrative (edit access) or General (view only).

Once you are done, be sure to click Save! Your New User should now be able to log in at [trakopolis.com/tracker](http://trakopolis.com/tracker)
