You are now able to add vendor details like name, case size, item code, and cost at the item level.

You will be able to see the associated vendor on the Products table underneath "Active Vendor".

Under the Pricing section, you will see an area to *manually add vendor and cost*, if it hasn't already been added via invoice ingestion.\

This is an optional field that doesn't need to be added for product creation, but may be helpful for reporting purposes. 

When you select "Vendor" a dropdown will appear displaying all of your added vendors.\

You will not be able to create vendors for this tab, so make sure all new vendors are added under the Vendors tab in the left side navigation bar. 

Under "Item code" you can add the vendor item code which will display on the tag to aid ordering purposes. 

When adding "Base Cost", it will **always default case cost**, but you *can change as per each* in the drop down on the left of the text field. 

If you selected "per case" for your base cost, you will need to input the case size in order to accurately calculate the unit cost. 

Once all information is added, click "save" to add the information to your item.

If making any other item updates, please click "update" in the bottom right corner. 

How to Add a Vendor to Product Details
