Click the Question you are adding the Action to

Click the "Title" field and Give the Action a Title.

Click and give your Action a Description.

Tip! You can add additional information to your Action by clicking the icons across the bottom of the Action.

Tip! You can assign the Action to a Safe365 User.

Optional: Click the person image to assign this action to someone

Click the Name of the Person to Assign this Action to

Optional: Click the time image to give the Action a Deadline. 

Tip! You can give the Action a Priority Rating.
