Click "Content" in your course inside Goview.

Navigate to the exam and check to make sure there is no end date set (due dates are ok).

Click "Proctored Final Exam" (or Midterm) hyperlink.

You will be taken into the Aleks platform. Click "Gradebook".

Click the name of the student whose exam you'd like to extend.

Click "Exceptions" from the pop-up box.

Click the dropdown arrow to choose the exam.

Select "Proctored Midterm Exam" or "Proctored Final Exam" (whichever you are extending).

Select "Due Date".

Click the dropdown arrow to add the due date.

Click "Custom Due Date and Time".

Choose the date you desire as the end date/deadline and make sure the time is set to 11:59pm.

Add assignment attempts if the student has previously opened or taken the exam. Click "Apply".
