Click on "Settings".

Click "Group settings"

Click on "Custom Prompts".

Click "Add"

Click 'Upload an audio file' if you want to upload MP3 or Wave files.

Click "Click to browse or drag and drop your file"

Click "Text to speech" if you want add Text as prompt.

Click here if you want to record audio for custom prompt.

Click on Start recording.
If you want to delete a custom prompt, follow the steps below.

Select the prompt you want to delete.

Click "Delete"
