Click "All projects & organizations".

Open the project you are looking for. In this case is MATRIX Tank 10 Foundation

Under Progress, click "Daily planning".

Click the plan name to open the daily plan you are looking for. In this case the name of the daily plan is Chevron.

Click "NOTES / ISSUES".

Click here. the "+" sign.

Click "Add issue".

Type the issue name and select the date.

Click "Done".

Click "Add associations".

If applicable, under the employee tab, select the name of the employee.

If applicable, under the equipment tab, select the name of the equipment.

If applicable, under the component tab, select the name of the component.

Click "Done".
If the iPad is sync, you will be able to see all the issues created on Progress in Change.
Issues should be imported through to change when the daily plan is approved.
