    How to Add and Manage Offers for a Listing

      Navigate to your listings.
      Select the listing you want to enable offers for.
      Click "Offers"
      You can enable offers here. Once you enable them, start with inputting your offer instructions. Click "Save".
      Now you are ready to send offer invites to agents. Use the search box to find the agents.
      Search for the agent and select them in the list.
      Then click "Send".
      Use the agent search to find another agent.
      Type "ellee"
      Find the agent and select them in the list.
      Then click "Send"
      You can also manually enter in an offer on behalf of an out of area or member agent.
      Click "Select a Status"
      Click "Unreviewed"
      To search for a member agent, click the "Search Agents" field.
      Select the agent's name.
      You will see the agent fill in here.
      You can also put in an offer on behalf of an out of area agent. To do that, click "Out Of Area Agent".
      Fill out all of the fields. Do not tap search agents after.
      Now you can start putting in the offer information.
